If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Elk Springs Resort - Alpine Summit

Our overall vacation experience was great. Our check-in time was pushed back due to our cabin not being ready. However, we were able to check out later.

The cabin’s amenities were fantastic! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam shower.

The cabin location seemed to be in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This was perfect for us since we enjoy going to both places. This cabin is also located very close to the stores on Glades Road. These stores have products made by local artists.

The cabin was enjoyed greatly by everyone! This included our grand kids, ages 2,3,4, and 10, as well as their parents! The amenities from the pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, arcade games, and theatre room were hits with one and all. From the kitchen to the four-and-a-half baths, four Bedrooms and king size beds, we lacked nothing! The two small maintenance issues were handled quickly and efficiently by capable snd courteous personnel!

Beautiful Cabin With A Great Location!

This was a large, well equipt cabin with many amenities. Loved all the fireplaces and Christmas decorations. High-end finishes that the whole family enjoyed. We were able to take backroads to get to Gatlinburg and PF quickly and avoid traffic. Restaurants, wine stores, and convenience stores were close, and we were able to get groceries and dinner delivered. I would highly recommend this cabin and we will be staying here again!

Nice Place, Needs Some Safety Maintenance. Will Be Back!

The house layout works well for families. It's a beautiful place to stay with many amenities. Upgraded, modern home. Very cozy. There were a few maintenance and safety things, the most important to note that the stairs aren't flat. They are randomly curved/slanted upward or downward, making them difficult to navigate for adults, particularly seniors. The stairs are just dangerous. There was an issue with the bathtub on the main floor being very loose. We did report that, and got a favorable response from the property management. Overall, it's a very nice place. It's important for the property management to keep up with the proper ventilation for the steam shower and cleaning the hot tub periodically. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Nice Spot With Some Easy Improvements To Maintenance Needed!

Most everything was great except the hot tub was ice cold upon arrival, the pool was perpetually murky, and there were a lot of large black ants and some beatles in all the rooms. I found it frustrating there was only one tiny pack of detergent and the smaller bottle of liquid detergent and only two dishwasher pods, and only one paper towel roll. For that price the cabin should have enough normal stock items to live comfortably and run machines and keep the place clean.
