My family enjoyed our stay at Eagles View. The cabin was exactly as described. We loved the amazing view from the back porch and the large windows! The kids enjoyed the game room downstairs, and so did the adults. The hot tub was so nice to use after each day of being out and about. We also enjoyed the pool available in the Nobbly Cob Community. The only thing I would suggest is to screenshot the door code and the Wi-fi password sent to you before your arrival. Luckily, I did screenshot the door code. However, I didn't screenshot the wi-fi password, and we didn't have enough signal to get it to load on our phones. Fortunately, I was able to call out to the Bear Tracts customer service, and they were able to tell me the password. It would be helpful to have the wi-fi password posted somewhere in the cabin, like on the fridge, for the guests' convenience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay at this cabin again if available and use Bear Tracts in the future. We also enjoyed the free attractions perk; we redeemed the free tickets throughout our stay!

The cabin was perfect for a family of four with two teens. Everyone could have their own space to relax and then we could come together for epic air hockey games. Although my personal favorite was having coffee on the deck and enjoying the wonderful view.

This house was absolutely breathtaking! The view from the deck overlooking the mountains was stunning — we spent so much time just taking it all in. The home was spacious, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful extras. We especially loved the game room in the basement and the relaxing hot tub. The setting also offered plenty of privacy, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It truly did not disappoint! During our stay, there was a small leak in the kitchen faucet, but the owners were incredibly responsive and had maintenance out right away to fix it. Highly recommend this property — we’ll definitely be back!

The views from Eagles View are incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice! We found this cabin to be very clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The game room was perfect for the kids and the hot tub was such a treat after a long day at Dollywood, which was free thanks to the perk of free attraction tickets from the realty company! The neighborhood was quiet and so peaceful, not crowded with cabins like many other places in Gatlinburg. We will definitely return to this property!

What a gorgeous and clean rental! The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We all loved it so much and can’t wait to come back!

Overall I am giving this rental experience five stars. The booking, confirmation, and payment processes were easy. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I wanted to check-in early, so I called and the agent advised me that I would be able to check-in by 1pm for a $65 fee, or I could check-in at 3pm for free since the cabin would be ready. We wanted to get in ASAP, so we paid the fee. The overall layout and décor of the cabin was very inviting, and the views were absolutely amazing! Location was great to both Gatlinburg and PF, as well as the GSM National Park. The hot tub was a wonderful addition that we used nightly. My parents loved the old fashion gaming system they had downstairs, while my husband and I enjoyed the air hockey. Sitting on the screened in porch to play cards, or on the back open deck to drink our moonshine was also another great experience. I only had one complaint; the cabin was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. I spent my first 45 minutes there recleaning it myself. For a $65 early check-in fee, or regardless of that, for check-in at 4pm, the cabin was still fairly dirty (I have pics, but not sure how to share). The main mess was in the kitchen/living room area, as the bedrooms and bathrooms were much cleaner. The screened in porch also needed a good deep clean before we could sit out there. The rug in that area was also in poor condition, but I also feel this can somewhat be expected for an outdoor space in the mountains. Don't let this stop you from booking this cabin though, I feel if the owners reached out to the cleaning crew and resolved this issue, I'd definitely rebook this cabin in a heartbeat.
