Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had two minor issues that the Bear Tracts staff addressed immediately, under 30 minutes each time. They were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful View
We had an amazing stay at this cabin in the Smoky Mountains! The layout was perfect— spacious, and private. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and were so excited to have their own space.
The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made meals easy and convenient. One of my favorite features was the master bath tub—the view from there was incredible and made for such a relaxing experience.
And speaking of views... WOW. The main reason we booked this cabin was for THE VIEW, and it completely lived up to expectations. It was absolutely perfect and even better in person.
We also really enjoyed the private hot tub, which was a great size and perfect for unwinding after a day out. The pool table, arcade games, and board games were such a fun bonus—the kids even learned a few new board games during our stay!
We didn’t spot any bears this trip, but maybe next time! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to stay here again.

Bailey Vacation
It was a awesome experience. Cabin wasn't as big as expected just judging by the pictures online but a perfect size for the wife and our 3 kids. There was a bear that came by every day. They didn't bother us at all he was almost a pet. One evening we were in the hot tub and a bear came with in arms reach of us in the git tub once agin he was just curious and didn't bother us at all just kind of looked around and wonder off.
The View Is Worth The Price
Perfect location-saw bears 3 straight days walking across the patio! Very cozy and well taken care of home. Hot tub was great -the kids enjoyed the gaming counsel. Would definitely return!

Honeymoon Perfection
Immediately upon arrival we noticed how great the location is for this cabin, and of course, THE VIEW. The view is without a doubt the best part of this cabin and what makes it even better is that it seems that the house was designed so you can see the view from basically every room, even the kitchen! The hot tub worked perfectly, it was massive, and the lights and jets were a hit for us. I cooked steaks for my husband and I and the kitchen had everything we needed! Maybe some ziplock baggies are the only thing I would suggest. We did see a momma bear with her 3 cubs walking around which we got to observe safely from the living room. All in all this place was clean, stocked well, the view was to die for, and most importantly, we can't wait to come back!
