We brought a large group of us to Gatlinburg. Through the whole process Amy and her husband communicated with us, work around any kinks that happened in the booking process. When we arrived it was very easy to find, there were very detailed instructions. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. Any questions we had were all answered with directions on the fridge and in the instructions that were sent to us. This was a perfect fit for our group. We all enjoyed our stay. Due to the weather we had to leave early. We wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be able to go back again.

Very nice and clean cabin. We had a great time . Saw lots of bears, they would come up to the cabin.

The property was beautiful, we loved waking up seeing the bears coming through.the large kitchen, we could not enjoy enjoy the the movie room because we could not get the project to work.Over all a great place to stay.

HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE DID HAVE PROBLEM WITH ONE AIR CONDITIONEER UNITS BUT CALLED AND HAD SOMEONE OUT ABOUT HOUR AND HAD IT OPERATING IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES, NO OTHER ISSUES THE UNIT WAS AS DESCRIBE VERY NICE. PLENTY TOWELS ETC.

Bears Gathering was the perfect place for a spring break trip with 9 teen girls and 3 moms. The cabin itself was just right for us. The teens took the bottom level and the moms took the top. The starter dish washing pods, laundry pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, and garage bags were a nice touch. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware. The beds were comfortable. The porch was perfect. The whole place was clean.I received emails and updates before and during the trip. Everything was communicated clearly. The location was great for us. It was just out of the way enough to give it a different vibe from a hotel downtown, but close enough to get groceries easily and get to the main strip on five minutes. I also liked to neighborhood. I was glad to have neighbors instead of being completely secluded.

Weekend getaway for Mom/Dad with 3 adult children and families-12 total (64yr old - 4yr old). Four bedrooms with king beds for all adults and 5th bedroom with set full bunk beds and set single bunk beds for teenage girls to have their own bedroom and full bathroom. Layout was great! Just note if you are wanting to put younger kids in bunk room--it is on bottom floor with game room--no adult room on that floor. Also, is on ground level floor where you go out to hot tub and firepit. There is a childproof lock on the door to outside which is good. One bedroom on main floor and 3 on top floor. Wasn't a problem for us--all the younger kids slept upstairs with parents, so they didn't have to go up 2 flights of stairs at night for anything. Entire cabin clean and everything worked great. Enjoyed the theater room! Can watch movies on any online account with your login. Kids loved the air hockey while adults enjoyed the pool table. The hot tub was warm and used during the snowy night at 20 degrees. We did not use the firepit, but there was a starter pack of wood there had we wanted to. The kitchen had lots of space in pantry and cabinets to put all your supplies. We cooked breakfast every morning-kitchen well stocked with plates, cups, cookware and silverware. Table was large and could seat all 12 of us! Living room does only seat 6--would be nice to have couple extra seats. We brought in the 3 bar seats from kitchen to help. Only seating on the bottom floor with game room is 8 theater seats in the theater room. Also, no tv in game room--can't watch sports while you play pool-lol! I would highly recommend this rental and the Bear Tracts site. The app was amazing with all the extra information about everything at the cabin and in the area. We ate at Joe and Pops sandwich shop the first night before getting our groceries at Food city. All less than 2 miles away!! The highlight of our trip was 6 inches of snow Saturday-Monday morning. Was beautiful!
