This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Beautiful cabin!!
Almost Heaven was just as it appears it photos...very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. My husband and I were here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary but would also be great if we came back with our kids! The location of the cabin was perfect...centrally located between both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so just a quick trip in either direction! The staff at Aunt Bugs were wonderful! Great communication leading up to our visit to make sure everything was in order before we arrived as well as calling to check on us while we were there. The fireplace wasn’t working when we first arrived so I called and they were so friendly. They had someone there and it was fixed before we even had time to get back with out groceries �� (just needed cleaned as it was the beginning of cool weather season). Definitely recommend this cabin and Aunt Bugs if you are planning to visit the Smoky Mountains!
Amazing Weekend
The house was in great condition and every little thing about it was perfect. The view was amazing and nothing like what the picture shows. The one thing I would fix though is the foosball table since it was really wobbly.
Very pleased
This cabin is so cute and rustic. Exactly what I thought a mountain cabin rental would look like! The wrap-around deck is amazing for relaxing and taking in the views. It does really feel like you're "out in the middle of nowhere" but it's a short drive into Pigeon Forge. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. Our kids loved the game room and the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this cabin to family and friends! I think it would be a tight fit for 8 people, but it was just perfect for our family of 4!
Great cabin
We have a great vacation in Gatlinberg. Cabin was very nice. Game room looks larger in pix, but no one slept in it, so it was ok. Cabin did not have any blankets...just quilt on bed. I remove all quilts/comforters on beds when we travel, so having no blankets available in house was a bit odd. Purchased a few to use at Walmart. Cabin was adequately stocked in kitchen.. Had to purchase a pitcher to use though. Cabin decorated very nice and living room furn was comfortable. Washer and dryer worked well. They have a kurig and reg. coffee maker. I called before arrival and asked and was told they did not have a I purchased reg. coffee, only to find out that they do have the kurig. Kitchen appliances worked well. Hot tub worked well too.
Long Weekend
This cabin was everything and more. The cabin is well maintained and very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We took our daughter and her husband along with their two sons. The cabin was very roomy and the kids loved the loft with the game room. Would definitely stay there again and would strongly recommend the cabin.
