If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.

The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Majestic Views

Very good location. Away from crowds but close enough that f we wanted to go to attractions.
Steep walk to main door and had to go up or down steps to bathroom from kitchen floor- so hard for elderly in our group.
Game downstairs didn’t work.
Very nice balconies could use more chairs on those.
We had a wonderful time during our stay— great complex for family reunion of over eighty people.

Majestic View

Had a great time this past week while on Vacation. Cabin was in a great location and had plenty of room. I would call this one a budget friendly Cabin. It was clean, and had everything but a pool. The people at Elk Springs Resort are very friendly and helpful and I love that you can tex them with any questions or concerns, and they will respond to you within minutes. This is our 2nd time staying at their cabins and we will be back for other stays!

Clean And Well-Equipped - Great Family Vacation

We rented 4 cabins for a family reunion. All were in a great location, well-equipped, with beautiful views. Service was very good - one cabin had some issues with a leaky shower, and we called it in. Response via phone was immediate. A maint tech was there within a reasonable time and made the repair. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would recommend to others with large families, or just want to be in the convenient location to the Smokey Mtns, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Realaxing Vacation

The cabin was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. I would say that
It wasn’t easy for my sister to climbed up the hill to get inside . She uses a cane. The arcade did not work and rocking chair was broke and second level deck there was nails sticking up just little thing to fix. We will come back to elks springs again.
