Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Nice And Peaceful

A nice place to stay.
A few notes for improvement: as it had snowed prior to our visit, there were some roads that were impassible without 4WD/AWD. We had to help some folks who were stuck (front wheel drive VAN no enough traction). It would be prudent to not just recommend a route for traffic purposes, but specify mandatory vehicle requirements and best route for snow.
The unit as well is best heated by only using the lower heating unit; close the mid floor vents and turn off the upstairs heat. Everything goes up from the lower floor. Otherwise, the bottom floor is freezing and the top is baking.

We Had A Great Time In The Smokys

Beautiful well built relatively clean cabin. Note that this cabin is bare. No games, books etc for kids to play with and very basic amenities like one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom , 1 paper towel, no salt, pepper etc. few towels which had be constantly needing to wash. Management was great and very easy to deal with

New Years Week Trip

It was perfect. Easy to get to cabin with the directions given. It was comfortable, the heater worked, and it was cozy.

We only cooked breakfast there but I feel they do need more bowls and cups.
I think there was enough sets for 4 -5 people and we were a 4 adults and 4 children.
The water pressure in the upstairs shower was low.
It is also hard to get in and out of that big tub, so if someone has restrictions or is older that may be an issue.
I would also recommend putting a broom and Swiffer inside so we can clean up during the week and keep the place clean.
Overall, would definite rent again from here.
