Great property, great fun!! Only comments are could have throw blankets, better up to date TVs and remotes, and making sure all light bulbs work. Ie. Hot tub area, outside spots.

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Always A Good Stay With Elk Springs Resort
We always have a good stay when staying with Elk Springs. It is the only company we will stay with when visiting the area. Keep up the good work.

Greene'S To The Mountains
We had an awesome time, well kept, an awesome experience!! Had everything we needed! The only thing I would say is a better grill but we made do, thanks for everything!! I would suggest 4 th July in the mountains to anyone, we went to Dollywood on the 3rd, awesome fireworks and drone show, and made to the Gatlinburg midnight parade, is legendary, especially with my 9 and 11 year old! Anakeesta and Ripley's experience was live on for generations!

Cabin was clean, well-stocked, all the amenities worked and questions were answered within minutes. Excellent service, location and experience!
Wonderful, Relaxing Trip!!
We recently rented Moonshiners Legacy for a weekend of rest and relaxation. What a great time! The cabin was clean, well appointed, and spacious. My brother-in-law and I enjoyed the hot tub morning and night while my sister-in-law and husband preferred the warmth of the fireplace. We had views of the mountain directly below us but not of the mountains in front or on the horizon due to the tall trees. We would definitely rent again.
