If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Wonderful Place
Perfectly located & the huge balcony overlooking the stream with the little waterfall with rocking chairs was ideal. Early morning coffees there never tasted better!
Peaceful Dtay
This vacation rental is very nice. It was within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and also very close to a grocery store (within a couple miles) for those who will be cooking in the condo. The outside deck just steps from a beautiful river was so peaceful. Enjoyed hiking in nearby trails and the neighborhood is very nice.
Wonderful Time
We had a wonderful time. The hiking and waterfalls were fantastic. Elk Springs are wonderful to work with. The building, unit and locations is what brings us back. The unit could use some TLC. New mattresses, fix the screen on the patio door and a new master bath sink faucet (drips a lot). Will definitely be back.
Week In The Mountains
Great experience. Condo was clean. Great location. Pull out bed was broken.Resort sent technician immediately. Very responsive.
