Another wonderful stay. Booked for a couple's getaway, and we could not have been happier. The cabin has privacy and is nestled under the trees. Pool, hot tub, and comfy king-size bed. Loved it.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Loved It! Minus The Bed...
I absolutely adored my stay! It was me and my husbands honeymoon! But I will say, especially for a cabin that is advertised as a honeymoon spot... the bed was the most uncomfortable thing either of us have ever experienced. We spent a week here and didn’t get a single good nights sleep. One night I even slept on the couch the bed was so bad. The pillows were also hard as a rock. My husband spent the first night without a pillow! But that is absolutely the only complaint I have! Please put some type of topper on the bed and get some better pillows! The people will thank you!
Great Birthday Getaway.
It was great. Super close to downtown. Fun amenities like the indoor pool and deck hot tub. We've rented a couple now and I highly recommend over a hotel.
Mountain Splash Review
We had a very nice stay at Mountain Splash. Our only issue was the pool's safety system. I understand why it is there, but it could be quite tricky. I do not remember seeing it anywhere in the instructions, but a note that should be given to guests is that the pool needs to be still before switching from swim to surveillance. That was what we believe from our experience. Other than that, we had no problems and enjoyed our stay.
Amazing Rental
Beautiful semi secluded location. Everything is conveniently located just as you came off the mountain. The cabin provided all we needed as a couple on their 2nd Anniversary.

The Mountain Splash cabin was all we were hoping for! The Elk Springs hosts were easy to work with and Our vacation was easy and seedless to schedule.
